RVA Unbound

A favorite annual event, the UnBound2! Fundraiser once again featured the collaborative and supportive nature of Richmond’s finest artists. Hosted at Candela Books + Gallery, UnBound2! played host to everything from artist Terry Brown’s back alley chicken and adult snow cones to a laser cake by Big Secret and lady arm wrestlers. There was also live music by Photosynthesizers and comedy from Coalition Theater.

UnBound2! generates opportunities and exposure for participating artists far beyond traditional group or juried show opportunities by raising funds to purchase select works from the exhibition. Purchased works are added to the Candela Collection with the mission of supporting photographers through collection of their original photographic work and actively pursuing future opportunities to donate that work to notable art institutions.

With galas, balls, and cause related events as her focus, Rebecca D’Angelo captures local people attending and participating in events designed to support, improve, and celebrate RVA. We want to hear about your local event, contact rebecca@rebeccadangelo.com.
