In a world of eBooks and iPad readers, the duo believes in the power and meaning of the bound word.

Started in 2010, BBGB has become a haven for re-imagining how the world of children’s books is conceived. “We’re bringing back great books,” says Stefanovich explaining the name of the shop. With a collection that is ever changing, Stefanovich and Evertson are curating against digital media to build their collection.

“We’re choosing books that are very special, interesting, and something you would want in your library,” says Everston. Hand picking titles that speak to old favorites and new delights, BBGB is working hard to carry a selection of books that still inspire in a world of technological fascination. Last year BBGB gave 2,500 books to the community.
