The Center of the Universe Brewing Company, based in Ashland, offered a media preview of the Chameleon IPA today. The new release, which will be available March 9th, will change every six weeks offering IPA fans a different flavor profile in each new release of the Chameleon lineup. The Chameleon beer can will also change every six weeks marking the evolution of the new series.

The Center of the Universe Brewing Company began back in 2009 when brothers Chris and Phil Ray began brewing beer in their houses. Today the brothers offer a variety of ales at COTU, located 11293 Air Park Rd., that use only whole ingredients and all-natural methods of brewing.
