Halloween Throwdown at River City Roll

River City Roll, a boutique bowling alley experience in Scott’s Addition, will host Hyper Halloween Throwdown benefiting Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation on October 31st from 5pm to midnight. The event will feature DJ Neil Flick, a cause-driven corn hole tournament, costume contest with cash prizes, New Belgium beer, and Tito’s cocktails supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In addition, the fundraiser will mark the launch of free “Hyperbowling,” where the object of the game is to hit the bumpers for points, from 5pm to 8pm.

Earlier this year, River City Roll opened the doors to its 25,000-square-foot venue which includes 20 lanes, an a la carte restaurant with wood-fired pizza, a full-service bar with rotating speciality cocktails and craft beer, a 2,000-square-foot covered patio space, multiple big-screen TVs, arcade-style games, a private event space, and a stage for live acts. Since opening in Scott’s Addition, the unique venue has set itself a part by offering elevates cuisine and ongoing events that engage the Richmond community far beyond bowling.
