History Makers Award: Ashby and Terri Anderson

The Valentine’s Richmond History Makers award ceremony, hosted on March 13th at Virginia Union University’s Claude G. Perkins Living and Learning Center, will recognize the region-wide impact of an impressive collection of hometown visionaries. In lead up to the celebration, Richmond Grid is featuring each of this year’s honorees, starting with Ashby and Terri Anderson. Founders of the Richmond Youth Jazz Guild, the duo is being recognized for their efforts to create quality educational opportunities.
